Brief
To expand their mail order business, establish a powerful brand image and develop customer awareness and loyalty.
Background
Barringtons is a specialist supplier of hockey equipment with a shop and wanted to develop a mail order business.
Our response
We researched the hockey club market studying what age groups, types of person played hockey and what motivated them to buy. We then designed a new image and catalogue centred around the movement of the game, as it was the passion for the game of hockey that drove most players.
Outcome
In the 4 years we have produced the catalogue, sales have scored many goals and exeeded the targets set. The image was carried across to the on-line catalogue and sales from this media is growing rapidly.
